Get to know us

The name Douglas Turner comes from two people called Douglas Ayers and Alan Turner. Don't worry if you've never heard of them. They were two ordinary people from ordinary backgrounds. What made these two people so special to those who knew them was their openness, their friendliness and their honesty. And this is what we want to continue in the DTC Group. We want to make people feel special. We want people to appreciate the values of clarity and honesty. And we want everyone to feel unique and valued the way these two great people made those around them feel. Sadly, neither of them are with us any more, but that doesn't stop those values being so important to us and how we operate as an organisation.

Our mission

Our mission is to improve the lives of all those we interact with. Whether that is directly, through care and treatment, or by teaching them skills to help others. However we interact with people, we want them to know how unique and special they are and to equip them to enhance their world.

Our vision

We envision a world where health is not a business commodity, but a fundamental right accessible to all. Everyone should receive the care they need, precisely when they need it. Whether it's a deaf person attending a first aid course or someone spending their final weeks in a care home, everyone is special. We strive for a society where every individual feels valued and cared for, never a burden.

Our team

As the saying goes, an organisations greatest assets are the people who work there. And that has never been more true than for the DTC Group. Everyone is passionate about what they do and they do it really well. Having them on board with us is what makes Douglas Turner Clinical Group the better choice for all your health, care and training needs
